At this rate, a decent starting 13 could be created with players having their contracts terminated.

12 weeks? So injuring a child is on par with 1.5 name calling incidents.

Yeah, this is ridiculous. 8 weeks for Spencer, should equal 24 for Mam.

A lesser profile player would be sacked by now. He should be suspended for the year, without pay. He can get some labouring work to pay medical bills and replacement car.

Also agree with this. The Dogs just marched JAC for less, because it suited them to. But it doesn't suit the NRL or the Broncos to give Mam a bigger skate.

The incident that everyone is comparing this to to highlight the ridiculousness of the penalty was a rooster who got 8 weeks for calling someone a bad name.
