Eels v Bulldogs should be Sunday arvo but maybe PVL is flexing the AFL who wanted to put there games on in Sydney that Saturday didnt they.

So we put 2 Western Sydney rival teams on and hopefully get a sellout

If PVL was worried about the AFL surely Rd1 would feature more than one game in Sydney. They are virtually laying out the welcome mat - surely that fixture can’t be right.

You want to whinge about that for "Round 1"? If they had been the home team in LV, then it means one less home game season ticket holders get as part of their package. I bet then you would not be happy either.

Clubs only take games to the bush if they get paid for it. I doubt bush councils are interested in paying much for a trial game.
