Unfortunately, he isn't the only one failing. Recruitment and retention has been shit, player development almost non-existent. We need a clean out of the front office.

And then shit the bed. 2022 we caught a bit of form at the right time of year. Halfway through then we were questioning if we'd even make finals. The cracks have been there for years and now the whole thing is starting to crumble with a squad that is only aging. That's on recruitment and development.
