Plenty to like about this team. Really hope we land an explosive middle, but there is an argument to turn Friz into a middle now. He has the size, strength and mobility to be handful there. Lucas, KPP and Elliott will hold their own.

Not sure how accurate it is- I thought Brodie Jones was unsigned? Also noticed Moceidreke still training with the squad in pre-season pics and I thought we (re)poached the young hooker from Parra Jacob Davis on a development contract?

Was reported that Jones would be re-signed late in the season once Toni Tupouniua was bought out but never officially announced.

There's a new supplemental list at each club that hasn't been included but some clubs have announced their own (Manly for one). Knights have a handful of players not named so I'm assuming that's where the likes of Moceidreke and maybe Davis are. Wouldn't be surprised if Davis is only on a NSW Cup deal though, with all the different types of contracts available for juniors journos often get the technical wording wrong.

Personally I think 2 of our 3 fringe rep quality props playing so poorly that a journeyman most fans dread seeing on the team list is getting picked ahead of them sounds like it'd probably be a terrible season to sit through as a fan. Might be a hot take but I hope they play well instead.

Moley reporting that KPP has been playing with a foot injury most of the year and will very likely need surgery, ruling him out of the early rounds.

A solid off-season was probably the most important thing for the two English boys to get them up to NRL standard as quickly as possible.

Hot take! LOL. Like we all just want them to fail. No. Not remotely. But the issues are clear as day. I won’t repeat it cos it is dull. But the cap needs an overhaul and they are top of the queue to go.

I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as they may have been playing injured.

We 100% need both of them firing on both cylinders if we are the go deep next year.

When the Saifiti's bring their A game, they are as good as any prop in the game but they only bring it two or three times a season. Hopefully they can find some consistency in 2024. I reckon it's last chance saloon if they can't dominate in 2024.

there was a game a while back where 1 of them took it to the Rabbits and we won. Another game v Roosters and they took it to JWH and we won.

They have the body to inflict max carnage and write themselves into folklore. It's the space between the ears that is their downfall.
