If I were Strauss I'd just bring on Swan.

North cant play a straight bat with his technique, is bat is at about 45 degrees, pointing to cover so the ball moving away on a turner will cause him alot of trouble just as it did at the Gabba.

I cant see him playing a long innings against Swan.
