Bresnan (29no) will get a 50 and Root (55no) a century

Just gets more depressing by the over

Poms 3/103 - lead of 336

Nathan Lyon has 76 wickets at 33. It's a perfectly servicable record.

We did the same bloody thing to Hauritz when we brought in Doherty and how well did that work out?

It's time to stop f**king around and stick with the bloke who's actually doing a half decent job rather than punt on a miracle from a 12 year old.

It's looking grim here. The thing I've noticed about Agar is that he looks quite tall but he doesn't get much bounce nor does he deliver the ball above the batsmen's eyeline. At 19 he has potential but he's very raw and it would be a waste of talent if he has to learn to bowl spin in tests and can't do it due to the pressure or because of poor batting/low totals.

And ole Rhino looks like he's been running marathons uphill with a 44 gallon drum strapped to his back. He'll struggle to back up 2 tests in a row.

Pretty obvious poms will bat well after tea today
Cant see us getting 3 wickets in the middle session let alone 7

I reckon they will declare and send us in late today, chasing 480-520 odd

I reckon they'll hang on to wickets and go beserk after tea.

They made a fair point on Test Match Sofa during the first session which was this match could literally destroy Agar as a test cricketer for good. If we don't take any wickets and they bat and bat and bat and suddenly he's 0/150... Well, it's a long way back for him from there.

You know whats gonna happen? Fawad will probably come in for the 4th test after Lyon plays the 3rd , then Agar back for the 5th

I don't understand why Stephen Okeefe gets overlooked, Must be politics the way he stuck up for Katich when Katich got dumped, its the only reason

The lead is 358 and they can't even get Bresnan out, its goodnight Australia.
This partnership itself is on the verge of lasting fifty overs, fail.

Australia can only hope for a miracle draw if England bat too long.
