Ironically, although he sucks as a spinner he scored 2 tons in India which is probably more than any of your batsmen will score over there.

Yeah all facetiousness aside I actually quite like Ali as a player. He goes fine as a batsman who bowls.

The last time Lyon and O'Keefe both played for Australia in the same game/conditions was in Sri Lanka. Lyon took 5 wickets. O'Keefe took 3. O'Keefe might be better than Lyon but he has no real credentials to prove it. If he totally outplays him next week, he might. But right now he's not better and you can't drop a bloke unless there's an option that is better. You can't even say he's untried because he's not. He's only played three tests but they were three different opportunities to make a statement and he didn't really do it. Even Lyon made the most of his chance when he was first picked.

Pakistan. Can't field, poor tactics, can't go a whole game without a collapse. 3-0 series result for sure.

Feel sorry for the 2-3 batsmen who really dig in and the bowlers who can't seem to get any support.

Stuart MacGill had the happy knack of taking more wickets whenever he and Warne were in the same team. he must be better than Warne.

Wait....so he's not better because he didn't outbowl him in his last test? Is that seriously your argument? Ignoring a series in Dubai where, while they were both taken down by Pakistan, he outbowled Lyon....and ignoring his superior record over a decade of FC cricket, because he didn't bowl quite as well in one Test match?

Do you have a carer?

Macgill was world class. It's well documented he is an absolute dickhead of a bloke so the fact he got picked so many times in a team famous for its cameraderie speaks volumes about his ability as a bowler.

Impressive. What was the series result?
Lost 4 nil in a 5 test series.

I suppose that's better than Australia who lost 4 nil in a 4 test series back in 2013.

And lost 2 nil in the UAE against Pakistan in the 2015 2 test series.

And lost 3 nil in Sri Lanka in a 3 test series a few months ago.

So what's that on the subcontinent, 9 from 9 losses on the trot?

Good luck in India. :D

At least England won there 3 years ago.

Got the stats to back that up? "Whenever" - good luck proving that.
Anyone who has watched much cricket will remember Magilla often took more wickets that Warne...he also normally went for approximately double the runs. It's not some great revelation.

f**k off Warney, praising Melbourne and St Kilda and when he gets owned about the waves, bangs on about Bells.
