To be fair they were missing two key bowlers for most of the day. Kallis was looking dangerous before he went down. Not to mention the pregame injury.

Kallis was looking dangerous. And yes the pitch is good for batting as most are these days but their bowlers have been terrible for the vast majority of the day.

Belter of a wicket mate, it looks a minimum 500 run pitch but the Saffa's could be just shattered after that.

The spinner is a numpty, but the 4 quicks are all quality - losing Philander, Kallis and Steyn is pretty tough, and by and large these two wickets have been roads... not to mention Clarke batting as well as anyone ever has...

todays play was one of the best i've seen in cricket.

no coloured clothes, no field restrictions and no result.
