It's like when a half puts in a good kick on the 5th. You train all your life for it, impressive is when its under immense pressure. However when you're a fielder who is 1m from the traveling ball and makes a dive to save a 4, they all do it. Keep encouraging but don't blow wind up their ass for what is their job.

Statistics can be misleading, a case in point being Johnsons 196 wickets in 48 tests. Bollinger bowled one decent spell and then turned into a toothless tiger.
