Hughes gone for 88..Good knock but he'll be filthy he played at that..

Here comes Khawaja..This is a perfect pitch for him to make a statement on the big stage..

No wickets in bunches please..

Philander's been bowling beautifully since lunch, been solid all innings, but particularly good in this spell.

I hope he can shut up the haters who say South Africa lack pace options after Steyn and Morkel.

This is a real grind after lunch..

Seth Efrika bowling much tighter than the first session..

The boys need to play gritty for a bit i reckon..They've already done plenty of flashy stuff..

Settle back in and tire their bowler out again..

Kallis just bowled a delicious short ball to Watson, but the following ball just wasn't right *sigh*

And there's the wicket! Tahir finally pulling his weight too. 2 Big wickets, the rest of this session will be crucial.

Jeez Kallis was fired up there, was bowling as fast as Steyn that over. Watson out in the 80s this time.

Ricky Ponting - Please retire now and do not ruin what will be a magical tour when India come to Australia this summer. All the focus should be on Sachin's milestone of his 100th hundred rather than your career slowly fading into the abyss.

Provided many brilliant moments throughout his career, however he is now done and cannot match it with the best in the world. We simply can't afford another Mark Taylor like situation where one innings will give him another 6 months in the side.

Retire now before your credibility is in further tatters.

He is in fine touch in the nets though :sarcasm:

Ponting reckons he can do a Tendulkar and hit a rebirth in his late 30s. Sadly those are rare, just like Tendulkar, they are one in a million.
