Well, Sheens is obviously going for the "we have to be mobile and run them ragged" strategy. Trouble is that doesn't work so well if you don't tackle and keep dropping the ball... Fix that and we might be a shot against the poms, but if we don't I see another steam roller running through our team. At this stage you'd have to say NZ v England is matching up as the big match.

So they can then have a Kiwi ref when they play England next week?

If it was simply a case of picking who they think are the best two refs and they genuinely think that the Aussie and Kiwi refs are the best two, then why not have the Kiwi ref England v Aus and the Aussie ref NZ v Samoa? It makes no sense to choose non neutral refs, puts the refs in a no win situation and just makes the sport look mickey mouse.

Or they weren't impressed with the referee either. They played under Betham as well. Who knows what they players said after the game

he did go ok...nothing wrong with him at all.....

but at the end of the day its not up to the player who can & can't ref them!

Nope. Name a ref when the fixtures are announced solves this. Perenara is terrible and shouldn't be near a test field. Top 4 refs get it no matter there nationally

The longer Sheens is away from the Kangaroos the better.

So hopefully he stays in quarantine until after the final.

I thinks its time for Sheens to retire. he has been a good service to the game but he should retire and go on one of those expensive European cruises, like the rest of the Baby Boomers.

if England and nz both win (as expected) this weekend -doesn't it make next weeks last round totally pointless and meaningless?
