Need to be looking at bringing in one or two new pace bowlers now.

Tremain has had an excellent 3 years

Richardson looks a talent too

The bowling lineup needs freshening up.
Your quicks are terrific but Starc and Hazelwood have been ordinary imo

Some interesting things have risen their ugly head today.

Regarding Starc and Haze, they have averaged over 40 since the Space Cadet took over, yet prior to that they were both in the 20s.

Bing hit on Starc's problem and its a rather obvious one watching the replays, his thumb is not on the bottom of the seam rather the side of the ball, hence he is bowling with a scrambled seam, hence loss of swing and what little accuracy he had.

Simple fix but what is our coaching staff doing about it ?

Also Lol@bowlingchange's action is diabolical, how does this guy even play first class cricket ?

We really have gone backwards this series and I cant see things improving just because we are playing one of the weakest teams in the world. If any half baked batsman does anything against SL they will be in the team for the near future and they will be picked on T/20 form and not 4 days form.

He's going OK, still hasn't matched the GOAT in matches without a five for :p

Warney might be riding him, but he’s not wrong in this case. Starc has had a below average 12 months. We aren’t a good enough team that anyone should be safe if they’re playing below par. Especially when there’s other guys knocking on the door.

Well, I was joking with UP mostly... But...

I said earlier his action looks wrong. I think his hand/wrist is in the wrong spot? Hard to tell that on TV, but he's definitely not driving through the crease...he looked cooked early in Adelaide and apart from the odd spell hasn't looked consistent or particularly fit.

He's not swinging the ball, and the pitches apart from Perth have not been great for a guy like him either. Plus all our bowlers have had to carry this team for ages. It all adds up.

Worse than Kohli’s?

The latter doesn’t pretend to be a bowler mind you.

I haven't had the pleasure of watching Kholi bowling a leggie but I have seen the frog in a blender and its pretty close for the worst leggie action I've seen but I'm sure our coaching staff will be right on it.
