RB did you actually get up into the victor trumper stand? (best place to watch cricket at the scg IMO)

they are $100 plus a ticket there, or was it the tier below?
nah, on the lower level of the trumper stand area just to the right of the Sightscreen. I'll only be getting ticket in the trumper stand when I go to the cricket with Dad again in the forseeable future, 36 dollar tickets ftw

I'll decide whether I'll bother going tomorrow- being a member I can pick and choose when I go. May just go day 4-5 (if needed)

I don't really want to watch anyone except Cook bat and knowing my luck he'll go early and then I'll leave early which serves no point. If Cook is still in at lunch, I can get there in time for the 2nd session. If he is out, I'll watch it on TV.

Which is boring for me, I'd rather shoot myself than watch Bell, Collingwood and Prior bat!

:? could possibly not understand not wanting to watch Collingwood bat, but why wouldn't you want to watch Bell and Prior bat? Both attacking players and when they get going they're great to watch.

It's amazing that they still haven't learnt to pitch the ball up despite taking all of their wickets on the few occasions that they do.

Now watch Siddle go back to pitching short.

go to hawkeye on the cricinfo site and check out the pitch map.

check out the two teams and look at how much we've sprayed the bowling, and how we're pitching just a bit shorter and wider than poms.

it was the same issue in Adelaide and Melbourne

absolutely disgraceful from the aussies appealing for that. Hughes knew he never caught it

Prior and Strauss have both appealed grassed catches this series.

Not sure why anyone does it to be honest, as they are always obviously not catches.
