the jersey doesnt look anything like the miami dolphins jersey or the miama hurricanes jersey! what is it with you blind people? the 'canes jersey is almost entirely orange with a little bit of teal/cyan, the dolphins jersey is a shade of teal/cyan that almost looks green with a TINY bit of orange on the sleeves. the miami "dolphin" looks nothing like the gold coast "dolphin". similar colours, entirely different scheme.viva_la_bam said:the dolphins may be securing overseas ties with the miami dolphins possibly, similar to the brisbane broncos and denver. the jersey is very much super league in appearance, the colour scheme is more miami hurricanes in my opinion (college football). the visit to the nfl headquarters from david gallop could of been more than just 'checking out how things are done' ?

The gold coast has had a couple of cracks at the nrl and yet to be succesfull.

one crack 1996-1999 before they were killed off because of a deal done by the broncos the NRL, arl and news limited._Johnsy said:The gold coast has had a couple of cracks at the nrl and yet to be succesfull. I am still yet to see anything that will change my opinion that this time will be any different. The same people are still in charge (the rl board), when the were last in the comp.
thanks mateDiehard said:Welcome to the board Go The Dolphins! I'm very pleased to meet you.

He wouldn't be able to tell the difference if he ended up playing in the NRL one day - same name, colours, etc.
