It is illegal for any of those departments to disseminate any information to each other unless there is criminal activity.
If the ACC have passed this info on to ASADA /labor who have then in turn leaked to the press, then it is game over.
This is the over riding feeling within the legal circles on every level.
ASADA, ACC & the labor ministers have stepped outside the legal boundaries & made the entire investigation inconsequential.
A long time in court, but the departments will lose.

LOL reefy

the govt depts will chew cronulla and spit it out for breakfast....

what benefit is pissing off NRL / Cullen and rehiring the 4 amigos ?

I'm only new here, but you seem like a bit of a goose. Not sure why you have it in for the Sharks - did Shane Flanagan steal your lollies in the sandpit at kindy or something?
There was really nothing new on 7:30 Report last night, and (generalisation spoiler alert) history shows it would take a hell of a lot for a club to be dumped from this competition. Yes I do remember Super League, but that was a whole different set of circumstances.

Steve Noyce in his presso said no record of Dank being paid! Also , became the 3rd CEO to state we have not done the right thing. This time re bank accounts. Nothing to worry about , sure. If nothing else, we are a national laughing stock. Even non hard line Sharks fans are sick of us plus some hard liners. I have seen better run amateur outfits. In fact most amateur outfits.

The government departments are in th sights of legal firms, judges & other governfment departments. Once a media organisation jumps aboard & the aforementioned gain traction, they are gooorrn. Nothing to do with the Sharks you imbecile.

Why on earth would they not have a non disclosure clause in Bruno Cullen's contract? To have him speaking to the media like that is just weird.

The club always has been a basket case and that report, whilst not containing anything new continues to show what a clusterf@ck the whole Sharks operation has been and continues to be.

Hopefully, this stuff comes to a head soon so we can all get on with life.

Steve noyce just on MMM.

Hpu account was for the gym and opened 12 months after dank left. Noyce invited the nrl to examine the books for completeness sake.

Salary cap thing dealt with months ago.

It's nice to have a CEO doing his job and fronting these questions. He was impressive.

Meanwhile, Cullen & the 7:30 Report go on about their business, leaving a trail of bile in their wake.

Hang in the Kmut, keep jerking off & fingering your festered colon whilst you await the next fling of fecal matter at the Sharks.

Good to hear the club defending ourselves. The media can certainly manipulate things at will.
