He is a total dunce, absolutely.

LeagueUnlimited has most team news on Tuesday well before it shows on Rleague.

Fair call... It's all about opinions.:)

I work... I post from work... I rarely post in poor English if I can help it... the difference between his and he's... that's basic sh*t.

Good for you... 30,000 posts, you have a lot of spare time at work aye?

I'm listening to 2GB so probably not me.

I'll give Weidler a call, hang on.

Joey meets with spinal specialist

By Dean Ritchie
April 10, 2007
ANDREW Johns will today meet with spinal specialist Dr John Yeo in what the player's manager has described as a "significant day" in rugby league.
Johns damaged his neck during a collision with teammates at training last Wednesday, with speculation continuing the injury may push Johns into retirement.
"Everyone in rugby league will have all their fingers crossed," Johns' manager John Fordham said. "People admire Andrew and appreciate his value as a footballer.
"He is a great artist but until we get news from the doctor, it is in the lap of the gods. It will be a significant day."
Johns missed last weekend's match against Melbourne and will certainly be ruled out for Sunday's game against Souths in Gosford.

I'm hoping he just says this will be his last year. But why would you need a press conference for that?

I think the worst will happen though :(

Does his current contract run up this year or next year??

If he has another year to go then the press conference could well be announcing his retirement at the end of the season.

It takes a bit longer then 10 minutes guys - the press conference is to announce our team as well plus the journo's then place a call to their writers/stations who rush to get it up on their respective sites/airplay. Probably won't here anything till about 1.30.

I reckon this is a storm in a teacup, just hyped up by the media

The guy himself would know his body better than most, and he claims it is minor and wont be career threatening. I'll be surprised if he retires, but the newspapers and radio seems to have the rest of you falling of your seats
