Lucas one trySharpe 2 errors, Lucas 1 error. Classic Knights.
35 degree heat wouldn't have helped much eitherThe Fullback had a shocker. Windy conditions made it hard though.

Coach was Fittler. Take out of that what you will.Considering that 20 players got a run, it's pretty impressive that the coach gave Lucas the full 80 minutes. I still think he's going to be elite in the next 2-3 years.
It may not take that long to be honest. Give him another 18 months on his current trajectory and he’s up there with Martin and Crichton as NSW backrowers.Considering that 20 players got a run, it's pretty impressive that the coach gave Lucas the full 80 minutes. It’s going to be pretty hard to unseat either of those guys unless there’s an injury imo. Both of them have probably got a mortgage on their jersey for the foreseeable future. It may not take that long to be honest. Yeah, I would say the only thing keeping him from being recognised as elite already is game time, for sure. He's performing at one hell of a level already. One of the real success stories of our year. Just needs to get picked where he belongs and keep doing what he's doing. From what I saw all the grades really struggled under the high ball right from the Australian schoolboys to the PMXIII. The wind was so bad that most of the players going for the high balls weren’t able to jump as there’d be a 2-3m deviation of the ball from the time someone went up for the ball to when the ball came down.
Lucas did really well, the sooner we stop screwing him around switching from centre to backrow the sooner he’ll become elite
That is the weakest NZ side named in years.Crossland named to start at hooker for NZ, get ready for a fearsome rendition of the Haka
Yep, pack still looks elite but back and spine are severely under strength. That is the weakest NZ side named in years.
