What ever became of that Supreme Court judge that Abbott appointed to look at the evidence ASADA had against each player?

he probably didn't know
seriously .
He was probably oblivious to it all.. like everyone.

He may have known after the fact ...

Carch - I think the problem is Flanno either :

- Knew something was happening off to the side, but deliberately kept it at arms length so he wasn't personally involved, or
- Didn't know, in which case he is incompetent as head coach in charge of the football department

Even when Doc Givney found out & sounded the alarm to Flanno & Mooney, Flanno's response was pretty lukewarm ... he has since tried to squirm out saying the club had no CEO etc & this was a contributing factor in a chaotic environment, which is no doubt true ... but the buck still stops with him as head coach.

Omni if what you are saying is true, then how on earth would the doc not know.

Because Elkin deliberately concealed it from Givney.

This all came out last year when those emails between Givney/Flanno/Mooney were leaked ... as soon as Givney found out, he demanded to Flanno that it stop.

The only way a head coach does not know a player is getting injected so much his leg is blue from top to bottom is if he is fair fharking fharking useless - which Foolanno is...... But he still wouldve had to have known stuff was being put in players gobs or rubbed onto them.

No way will all players decide the same.
Some retired. Some still playing.
Can gal play 4 nations?
Can drug cheat captain a club? NSW?

Get a home loan?
Get a visa?
Get a job in certain areas?
Get a root?

ASADA must know if thing is challenged they will lose. Otherwise they go hard to show everyone how efficient and ruthless they are at catching drug cheats - so dont fhark with us!

However to lay down and let players walk away without suspension means they are dangling such a carrot that some admit - and then ASADA can say......"we got them." Thus saving face.

Ta champ. See this is where the whole thing comes unstuck for me. For Elkin to deliberately hide it from the doc id assume he would have worded up the players not to say anything to the Doc. The players surely would then have to suspect sumpin was up? Its akin to the Storm players signing two contracts and saying they didn't know. I reckon they all knew there was a supplement program going on and left it in the hands of Danks / Elk to administer it all. Maybe they weren't being paid that well if at all and were concentrating on what they do get paid well to do. The problem is blind trust. No defence though. Maybe we are getting off lightly here.

If this were truly the case they wouldn't have submitted it to the judge to ensure they had enough to proceed.

More unsubstantiated crap... zzzzz

Given the gravity of the case, I'd say checking and double checking before shooting off at the hip is bad news for you, not good.

None of this is unsubstantiated.

Should have been using what South Sydney are on. They are giants in every position. Scrawny Kheary now looks like Schwarzenegger. Gotto love sports science. At this rate the footy jumpers will start at 4XXXL for the halfback in two years time. HUUUUGE.

Your comment that they were 'ready to go' isn't right. You don't check to see if you can legally proceed if you are 'ready to go'.

Pretty simple to understand.
