Friends can be odd ones at times, that something I definitely l had to cop big time after having massive fall-outs with majority of mines. All you can do is talk to her and be honest about it in my opinion.

she was offended because my dad got her excited about a suitor for her sister (who is a bit lost) and failed to tell her that that suitor had been married and had a child (that he failed to tell her that before she got excited, he told her when she asked). But why take that out on me? I wasn't involved and I've been nothing but a good friend to her. I think I should kill her, she says some crap without thinking and it's not cool. I know she loves me, but she needs to not make offensive comments about me to others. My dad actually asked me if I had cried myself to sleep over that nonsense reason she spurted. I actually defended her when my dad asked after saying of course not and said she was exaggerating

Don't kill her, just flay here alive a little...

I don't get why more male partners don't buy flowers.
It can cost $10 for a small bunch and wow, my wife is incredibly touched by the gesture.
Means the world. Don't know why, but it's a working formula!

I brought my fiancée flowers today...it was her birthday!

I'd buy her flowers 4 or 5 times a year.

i used to do the flowers thing frequently
then i stopped for a while (no malice, just didnt do it for a year or so) and when the next time i bought them randomly i was asked "what did you do wrong?"

so i stopped buying them unless i did something wrong :lol:
