Geez I hate this. Calling Japanese "Asians" is racist, becuase the term Asian has found some dorogatory connotation in the English language.

Terming Australians "Aussies" or "Aus" is fine. Calling English "Poms" or "Pommies" is fine. Calling NZ'ers "Kiwis" is fine. Yet calling the Japanese "Japs" or the Pakistanis "Pakis" is racist. Calling anyone from Asia "Asians" ie India or Pakistan on winning or contesting the world cup of cricket was deemed racist.

This is absolute crap! Why should i be called a racist for calling Japanese "japs" when a japanese person could come on this board and call me an aus, or aussie and not get in trouble. What if i called them a jappie. Would that be disgraceful racism just because it victimised an asian instead of a caucasian you dumb f**k?
