Just common sense. Sugar daddy won't pay the bills for ever. Especially now that the Sydney property market is easing off.eelavation said:Mzilikazi said:Saw the report. BK didn't say they'd go all the way. even a League player is that dumb.
You know what I think. We've been pathetic for seven years and we're slowly improving. However if we don't improve we'll all be looking for another club to support in three years time or we'll be cheering for the GoldCoast/Central Coast/Wellington Seagulls.
is that a deadline that Max has given to the club to ship up or I'm out or an assumption on your part?

The sooner we get a decent media and marketing department, the better.

As for the property market, doesn't it make sense that profits are not likely to be as high when housing prices aren't going up by 10% per quarter? And when there's not as much milk change in the piggy bank, will it go to a speed boat or a club that continues to flounder in 13th place with membership packages that no-one knows about and a media man whose only idea for a headline involves John Hopoate?

You are pathetic. Max Delmege has done more for the club then anybody else. He saved it from the merger 'that we had to have' and gave the club back it's name.
You are always eager to bash our club. Maybe you can stay here in the Parra section. I'm sure they will take you in.
I'm not knocking Max Delmege, though it might be hard for imbeciles to realise that. The reality is that he is where he is becuase he is a hard nosed and succesful businessman. How long do you think he will put up with some of our current mediocrities for?Sea_Eagles_Rock said:Mzilikazi said:In for the long haul as long as he gets his way perhaps.

Is it really 'disloyal' to point out the cancers in a club you love and agitate to have them cut out? Would you ignore the melanoma growing on your mother's nose?
Theres no point playing if you dont think you can win. You dont play to lose.
And you my friend must live in a parallel universe if you think that our club is 100% in all aspects on AND OFF the field. There are running sores that need to be addressed and my inside information is that they WILL be addressed. The sooner the better for mine.Sea_Eagles_Rock said:Mzilikazi said:I'm not knocking Max Delmege, though it might be hard for imbeciles to realise that. Who are you to judge? Do you have the qualifications, experience and inside knowledge or what happens at the club? Of course not!
You realise that most roles in the club have changed over the last few seasons. I think you dislike one or two people and move from forum to forum bashing the club under the banner of 'for the good of the club.'
It is you who is the imbecile. Supporting club is exactly that. It doesn't give you an open license to abuse the club, it's staff and our team.
As for your cancer comment, I think my comments reflect the real cancer at the club. It's fans like you who cannot appreciate the difficulties it has taken to even get a team on the field with the financial restraints the club has endured.
Evening Cliffy. I understand that you're quite the expert at examining the inside of dates. Unlike your friend Hoppa though you perform this task without the aid of your fingers. :shock:Sir Clifford GC said:mata u are a tosser
the only inside info you have is still inside your date.
The Colonel said:Guys - could you argue amongst yourselves over in the Manly forum, AE or where ever? If you'd like to discuss your teams fortunes with us, we'll be happy to accomodate but if its going to be handbags at 20 oaces between Manl fans then
Thank you and good night.
