So is the fine for the 450k of irregularities linked to the 300k or not?
The NRL haven't finalised it yet.

You criticise Sydney clubs for having say 2-3, maybe 4 origin/test players, but have no qualms with the Bronco's of the mid to late 90's and early 2000's being under the cap.Who gives a bullocks, it is a big joke anyhow.
How can a team that is devoid of any real superstars for the last 5 years , or since Lockyer retired, be over the cap.
You have Sydney teams like the Roosters Manly Bulldogs and Bunnies stacked with internationals and Origin players,,,, somehow magically staying under the cap.
The Roosters with their 15 internationals and Origin stars also seemed to be able to sign one of the best up and coming juniors in the game. Hastings.
In the meantime the Raiders, Titans,Cronulla, Cows and Warriors continue to be 1 million miles away from ever winning a premiership.
Yes, Dave Smith, the shonky Sydney cap and evening out the talent is really working a treat,,,????
IF YOUR A SYDNEY CLUB.

NRL formed and proposes a $3.25m Salary Cap for 1999. Cap acknowledges “notional values” of players from contracts signed during the Super League war.
the NRL gave players on big SL and ARL contracts notional values
dunno who decided what each players notional value was

oikee is a self declared Cowboys supporter.
But you're right. He is a gibberer and TBH I dont even read his posts anymore.
Indeed it is, and as I've previously said, he's the one who needs to be investigated.
But if the Leagues Club doesn't want to press charges, and the NRL are powerless to investigate someone not hired by an NRL club, then what exactly can be done?
Meanwhile, the Brisbane *Broncos’ finals campaign is set to begin with the long-running salary cap investigation still to be *resolved.
There had been reports the Broncos would escape with only a fine but the NRL is yet to bring an end to the investigation, raising the spectre that the club could win a premiership and then face retrospective action.
While that appears unlikely — the Broncos are rated distinct outsiders in premiership betting and the threat of serious sanctions has subsided in recent weeks due to an apparent lack of evidence — NRL chief executive Dave Smith reiterated his powers could work retrospectively when asked about the salary cap investigation by The Weekend Australian this week.
“I think it’s a work in progress,” Smith said.
“It’s not finished yet, there are no findings to issue anything against. Remember my powers are retrospective and prospective.
“The only thing you can assume is that it is a work in progress. You have to get to the end of it and understand the facts. We need to get to the end of it, ask the right questions and move forward.”
The Broncos travel to Townsville today to play North Queensland, with the loser to be eliminated.
Can anyone recommend any decent blocks of land to purchase?
