I thought Farah was getting surgery?

If he is surely De Gois comes into calculations! He has been outstanding this year and sticky is the coach..

divine justice

hopefully the Storm will now get the message that the grapple is illegal

Twiz get your NSW glasses off, the message the NRL are sending from this is that they only give a sh*t about grapples/wrestling when its Melbourne doing it, very rarely will players from other clubs get any weeks, all year they have ignored it.. but now they have suddenly woken up?

NRL on Fox showed just a few of many cases in recent rounds where players have grappled yet escaped punishment.

A recent review has proven that the Storm aren't even in the top 3 worst grapples

Oh and what happened to all those idiots on here that said "Smith will escape, News Ltd will get him off.. etc.. etc.."

Clearly trying to have it both ways.

And Stalin killed more people than Hitler.

Hitler was still a merkin that deserved to die in a hole.

Just like Melbourne Storm.

Can't believe the media/public have gone on so much about Cam Smith's suspension.

All week we have heard people whinge that it is unfair that Cam Smith should be one of the few charged for a grapple when it has been happening all year.

Then you have media personalties digging out other grapples during the year and comparing the two.

All this is a waste of time because he wasn't charged as a grapple as such - got charged with attacking the head or neck of a player.

And is it unfair - NO

Why - bacuse he is close to the worst offender of it - take a look at SOO 1 - i counted 3 occassions at the time that looked very bad and not one charge stemmed from it.

so what would they like him charged with?

grade 1 the grappler
or
grade 1 - the full jack nelson?

(not having a dig at you, just find that a bit funny)

The NRL had to pull their finger out eventually. It was just bad timing for Smith.

Besides it was a bad grapple and it deserved the suspension.

Gee a bit rough on Stalin and Hilter comparing them with the Storm..........

Wasn't Nathan Hindmarsh one of the first players ever charged with a grapple tackle when he choked Adrian Morley a few seasons ago? He doesn't play for Melbourne so it must have just been a tackle that went wrong. Only Melbourne are coached to use those illegal tactics, right!
