Sébastien Martins, international player in rugby league, was taken into custody Monday morning. Just outside a nightclub, he assaulted a motorist to steal his car before dragging him for several hundred meters.

The third half-time was probably too watered during the night from Sunday to Monday for Sébastien Martins, the international rugby league. Yesterday morning, around 6: 30 pm, the mainstay of 25 years was arrested on leaving a nightclub in Toulouse, the 127. The parking lot of the facility, accompanied by a small group of friends, he enjoyed meeting the windshield wipers of parked cars.

The owner of one of them, sitting in his ZX, did not appreciate the joke so much he suffered insults. So he went out of his vehicle. That's when Sebastian Martins rushed inside and started the car. The victim, who had managed to hang on to his vehicle, and was dragged for several hundred meters.

But rugby has finally lost control to finish the race in a median. Not hurt but angry motorist attacked the then out of the car. He has dealt a blow that left a monster ko, 92 m for no less than 111 kg.

RELEASED DURING THE DAY
Sébastien Martins was taken into custody before being released. Figure of rugby league, he played with the Catalan Dragons in Perpignan, a club emblem. This weekend, he made a "freelance" with the Toulouse Olympique. He had entered into play in a match in England against the Batley Bulldogs. Match lost.

After this episode hectic, the pillar may now have trouble finding a club. Justice side, the damage will be assessed and will result in repairs.

An International arrested

The Rugby League International Sebastien Martins was taken into custody after an exit of nightclub in which he stole a car and dragged its owner along the floor before being knocked out by his victim, said police on Wednesday.

Martins, prop of Toulouse Olympique XIII, amused himself with a few friends to take the windshield wipers off cars passing the parking lot at the end of a night club in Toulouse on Monday morning.

One of the drivers did not appreciate the joke or the insults that accompanied it, and exited his vehicle. Sébastien Martins took the opportunity to get behind the wheel and go. The driver was caught and dragged for some distance until the car ended up in an embankment. The motorist then extracted Martins of the car and knocked him out with a punch.

Such a KO would perhaps not have been possible if the player, a colossus of 112 kilos and 1.92 m, had not been drinking, an investigator noted.

Placed in custody, Martins was released. But it should be called before the police court or perhaps even the criminal court, depending on injuries and damage he has caused, prosecutors said.

The Toulouse Olympique XIII plans in a statement, discussing the possibility of an amicable settlement.

His list of offenses at the Roosters in 2011.

Drink driving - (after getting drunk the night before, which isn't as bad as driving straight after drinking.)
Drinking after promising he wouldn't

You reckon he's been a choir boy? FFS he's had more chances than a monopoly addict!

Mate you just posted a vid glorifying the biff from 1981 (which by the way is awesome) and at the same time want to have a go at carney for drinking.... just sayin

But it is an epic story sure to sell some papers tomorrow and the coming days - 'From Dally M to Dimwit: The Todd carney story. EXCLUSIVE interviews and tell all from his 3rd cousins twice removed. Only in tomorrows daily sh*trag'

A pity the warm and fuzzy vibes of him winning the Dally M Medal last year faded so quickly.

All the best Toddles.

It's the fact that he's letting down his teammates that's the issue for me now. Couldn't give a f**k if he's drinking, unless he's broken a team promise not to.

If he quits the club but they don't release him does that mean he can't play for any other club? Like SBW. I hope that's the case.
