Seems a little suspect to me, we're expected to believe a multi-premiership winning team full of International or origin
players, is working well under the cap...nothing like convincing people you're a poor club, who's paying it's roster well
under the limit, just before you offer your halfback a big juicy contract, to avoid the suspicion of over spending.

Personally I think they should be investigated to make sure they're spending above the salary cap floor.

Let's not overreact. Generally good premiership winning teams with multiple star players do breakup. That's the entire point of the salary cap.
