hayne had an amazing season last year and the set the bar incredibly high... so we all expect those non human like performances every week.
Hayne has played fine all season... which has caused him to gain alot of criticism. As he is playing FINE... not super human like he did last year.

I know he cant play as good as he did last year every week... no player in any sport can.
I am happy with how he performs... i mean just imagine how he would go in a team that cheated the cap and had the Incumbent Aussie halfback and hooker?

that piece of skill hayne did in origin 3 was superb play...
it was not a catchable bomb considering he had QLD in his road.. he tries to catch it? it would have been knocked on.
It was a great piece of skill

 f**king rubbish. He had Jonathan Thurston aka The Turnstile standing next to him and could have easily caught it. HE'S A FULLBACK. His job is to catch the ball with players around. If he couldn't have caught it he's a f**king nuffy fullback.

Not only that but given they were so far out from the tryline it would have been stupid to catch it because he would have been tackled straight away by 3 blokes and it would result in a changeover. The kick back was just another way of batting it back which is the only way to keep the ball alive in that situation.

bullsh*t and 3/4!
What about his no look pass in game 1 that was aimed at row 5. He goes to the flashy play that more often than not comes unstuck.

Hayne is a good player but a show pony....

Sick of the jizzfest every time he touches the ball. Fair enough if he actually does something, but when the dickhead commentators praise him for catching the ball, or worse for f**king volleying the thing when he should have caught it, it becomes ridiculous.

lol@Parra fans defending their hero...

That volley was great play.. it returned the ball back to NSW in an attacking position.
He couldnt catch it as he couldnt get to it as a qld player had the ball covered.

His leg only just got to it.. how is he meant to magically get through a player to get it?
no player could have done what he did..

This thread was not an invitation for yet more Hayneophiles to come in and loudly proclaim how much they would all like to be human toilets for the great man. It's about how there are plenty of commentators/media types out there doing exactly that and it makes the rest of the league world ill.

Time to shut up. Bow to the King.

The king of nosegoblins, by the look of it. Jarryd "jizzfest" Hayne has his future all picked out.

They give him false credit, like they say the play is all him when he didn't do anything.

That's what I hate. Hype him all you want, but don't give him credit for things he didn't do.

This Hayne hate is getting out of control. If he has a poor game, there's a thread started

"Another s**t game by Hayne, proves he's a half a season wonder"

If he has a great game there's a thread started

"Hayne has one good game and the commentators suck up to him like crazy"

And there's the weekly thread started by Raiders

"Dugan > Hayne bla bla bla"

Most of you in this forum are worse than the commentators themselves.

No inconsistency there.

People need to get over their hatred for Hayne.

He's had a pretty good year individually, playing on an ordinary team. People saying it's his first good game of the year are ignorant

Most people have given him due credit for his second good game of the season.

Personally I am not bagging the overrated show-pony but I am bagging the abject, sycophantic displays of idol-worship that surrounds him.
