It's certainly interesting hearing Stanaway's version of events. It makes things a lot of difference to the way everything looks.

And not all TVNZ employees are anti-league. A few (at least) are very active league and Warriors fans.

She died in 2002 of a brain tumor. Sounds like you have taken a few too many hit-up's big guy!

Well there you go, I had no idea... isn't it funny how you remember the names of newsreaders from the past from when you were somewhere, and then... gone. I didn't mind Ang, sad to hear.

She was a good sport, would give anything a crack to raise a little more money for charities and the like. A real champion when it came to Telethons too.

Yeah! Remember Dennis Betts? Deaks had wet dreams about him for weeks untill the league bashing started again. Real Men don't need Deaker! To say Real Women don't either is stating the obvious!

It occurred to me the other day what the biggest problem is with the NZ media in regards to the Warriors - there is no middle ground. They're either rubbish and lucky to avoid the wooden spoon every time they miss the eight, and if they get close to the eight they're suddenly going to win the premiership.

Whilst on the topic of reporters etc.
Who makes the decision to bring the idiot from Australia to call our games? Surely we have someone better in NZ?
He is a pain to listen to.

A near perfect scenario wouble be...
Sky TV: sorry costo we are terminating your contract as of yesterday.
Costo: But yeew boys love me
Skytv: Apparently not the NZ Rugby League public, they for some misguided reason think you annoying.
Costo: But I have a great cliches, and I have even ,made some up by myself...
Sky TV: And that is why sky tv love you...but ratings is ratings.
Costo: But what Dazza, Ropes and Macca?
Sky Tv: We have decided that they can stay, just to annoy those b4stards who called for your axing.
