AFL have announced that the Swans will play their preliminary final on the Friday (21st) at ANZ, so I guess that means:
Prelim 1, Fri 21/9: Storm v Manly/NQ (AAMI Park/Etihad Stadium)
Prelim 2, Sat 22/9: Dogs v Rabbitohs/Sharks/Raiders (ANZ Stadium)

Should work out well for the Storm as it means they won't be competing for crowds with any AFL, especially as the only game down here that weekend will be Hawks v Freo/Adelaide - not exactly a blockbuster. Although there will be bugger all away supporters so no crowd boost there.

We'll get the bigger crowd if its Dogs v Souths and possibly the Sharks.

Dogs v Souths - 75k+
Dogs v Sharks - 55-65k
Dogs v Raiders - 35-45k

Swans can play either Collingwood (60-70k+), West Coast (probably at least 50k) and North Melbourne (45-55k IMO).

Last time the Swans played a final didn't they pull only 19K, and that was pretty generous.

I'd say the AFL has some kind of deal where they paid Stadium Aus for the privilege.
