Unfortunately the Big 3 being out will shave a few thousand of the crowd in Townsville this weekend.

Panthers capacity has reduced since the new canteen/toilet facilities were put added on the Southern hill a couple of years ago.

Apparently 70,000 sold to origin 2 including 10k in a day today. This will be sold out by next week...

I bought mine at 8:30am this morning and got 60945. So a lot of tickets have moved today and I'm sure we will see similar take up closer to the date.I think it will be a sell out.

A sell out for Origin 2 is all but guaranteed. I'm just lucky that I'm being sent to sydney for work on June 18!

Can anyone work out how AFL can get 38k crowd in Sydney on a Thursday night... with basically no media exposure on Wednesday and Thursday due to origin ???

Where abouts are you sitting mate?

117 with the blue shirts/wigs.

I will admit I was an idiot. I could have had 117 right at the front, but thought I would get a coffe first after seeing what seats were available. Ended up 20 rows back from the first lot I saw.

If swans can get 38k on Thursday no excuses for a sell out tonight between two west Sydney teams in the top4. It is a sell out? Its a joke the swans get better crowds than nrl teams in Sydney. 'Heartland' strikes again.

It's a joke that a team in a city of 2 million plus can't average more than 32k in their biggest sport.

We get it, every crowd in Sydney is a joke.

Can we take you off repeat now?

I see roosters resorting to $15 tickets to get there supporters out there to a game for once. Crowds in general have underperformed, in particular in areas that claim to be the heart and soul of the game. The heart and soul of the game should have vibrant and packed houses not empty seats and countless excuses.

Give qld an second brisbane team, even up the nsw centric nature of the competition.

Right, the Raiders aren't a huge draw card and crowds have been down this year so we need to do promotional offers.

On the other hand the Cowboys feel the need to 'resort' to selling their GA tickets @ $16 for the whole season to get people through the gates?

Promotional offers needed for a premiership team  fact the crowds are down off a premiership wins sums up the roosters crowds in general. Cant even capitalize the momentum off a premiership into crowds and membership.

I'm in 112 so not too far from you. Mate bought 2 tickets and his GF is away for work so I'm going instead.
