Were all charges withdrawn?
Lol how the f**k did they think they were going to get away with arresting and cuffing a sleeping person when it's all on video? They should have just dropped the charges after their f**k up and everyone would have move on. They had many, many chances to do so but persisted till the inevitable end. Now everyone gets to see the embarassing footage and Curtis gets a nice Christmas bonus when he sues for unlawful arrest.https://www.news.com.au/sport/sport...d/news-story/2b934581d9830b61fb5ddc55910e4025
Footage of the incident there... can see why the magistrate deemed the arrest unlawful.

Started snoring?Jesus if that got him cuffed and deemed "resisting" what got him sprayed and zapped?
Honestly having seen the bodycam footage its its amazing how little reaction Scott had to the cops trying to wake him. These cops are f**king kidding themselves.
Thankfully there's video footage showing his innocence and he was cleared of the charges. Without that we would tend to believe the police had good reason for the charges.

"Officers attached to Surry Hills Police Area Command located the man and attempted to assist him...[t]he man was [then] tasered and arrested": Source
Hot dang that's some mighty fine 'assistance' provided by the NSW Police Force?!
I'll reserve my opinion on this matter until Mr Scott has his day in court...
