It was an error. But thanks for your input.

Since you're here, what are your thoughts on the Parra salary cap rorting situation ?

Nice pic. The great man himself, a Broncos legend.

Yes, as one Bronco's fan in here puts it, the 300K Gee took from the club could have been used for personal benefit or to feed a bad habit etc.

If he is such a great man he would have come clean about what he did with the cash instead of leaving behind a trail of speculation, inuendo around cap rorting and persistant rumours of cash payments to players.

What sort of bloke does that to a club he apparently loves when he simply could have told the NRL he used the money to solve/help personal problems or problems faced by his family???

Not surprised th Broncs fans are happy to criticise other clubs

After all they spend probably $1 million pa more than any Sydney club ( thanks to undisclosed TPAs ) Have the whole state to pick from, have a coach on a million $ per annum too, have the NRL provide them with friendly spaced matches , a purpose built stadium, cheaper housing for the players etc etc

They still can't friggin win, how's that possible :):)

Snappy , someone had to say it

Not fair to put shit on the Broncos about this. Who are we to say why he'd need $300,000 of club money? Perhaps he just had an epic weekend lined up? And the money was repaid, right? I really don't see the issue here.

Whole state to pick from? Not since the Melbourne storm set up their feeder club in Brisbane and recruited cam Smith slater and cronk. Since then lots of other clubs get about 5% of their recruits from up here. Where all the best talent is.

Provide countless nrl quality juniors to rival clubs.
Promote the game more than any other club.
Set the bar in off field performance.

And provide copious amounts of salt in this forum.

I wouldn't say that. I think there are more people who don't like the Storm, which lead to more anger over everything because it was an easy thing, but I think there was a lot of sympathy for the fans. It's not the fans fault, after all. Both clubs have had lunatic fans who don't deserve any sympathy, of course. .

Parramatta fans verbally abused children.
