WESTS Tigers star Robbie Farah has tightened his grip on the Dally M leaderboard, pulling away from main rival Johnathan Thurston.

Farah performed well in a narrowly beaten Tigers side, earning two points from judge Steve Mascord.

This, combined with the Cowboys' woeful performance against the Storm on Saturday night, was enough to push Farah up to 25 points, three clear of second-placed Thurston.

Melbourne Storm and Queensland hooker Cameron Smith, meanwhile, has leapt from equal sixth place into outright third in the space of a week.

Two classy performances in just four days earned him top points from the judges of both Wednesday night's Origin match and Saturday's thrashing of the Cowboys, allowing him to rocket up the ladder.

Origin he was ok, but we had better in the team imo.

And Friday he was awful, so many errors.

Spot on Jono, if I were to give a point to NSW in Origin it sure as heck would not have been Mason..Brett Stewart deserved 1 point there, as for Friday he was just awful!

Mason was BOG for NSW in many eyes, and he was rampaging if not for a few drop balls on Friday.
