Vatuvei edging Uate for mine. Had he not done his hammy then he would probably be miles ahead of Uate.

Uate. A few of the tries he's scored in a very poorly performing team have been unbelievable. Manu would have given him a good run for his money, but Uate has been ever-present and consistently outstanding in a woeful line up.

Brett Morris has been great as always, but I think Akuila Uate definitely gets my vote.....
Close third would be Manu Vatuvei.

Brett Morris and Uate are the complete opposite,Uate scores tries all by himself without any help from his joke of a team,Brett Morris gets everything put on a platter for him from his teammates usually resulting in a clear run to the try line.

LOL @ Brett Morris is good because he can run fast with nobody in front of him.

Even I'm gonna go for Uate.

Manu has been the man for the last 3 seasons imo, but doesn't deserve these awards unless he plays a proper season. Injured every year. It sucks.

I agree in part that it is because he is in a strong team, but you also have to look at how he does outside of the Dragons; he is an amazing finisher.....
Of course, Akuila Uate still gets my vote, and I also forgot to mention that Michael Gordon is right up there.

If it's the same one I'm thinking of, he didn't "allow" the ball to get past him. He got a horrible bounce and then slipped over ...

My mistake, I thought he was back there covering it and then allowed it to bounce before it took that turn towards the Cows defence when in fact he actually chased it. Will give him the benefit of the doubt there and take it off the record.

you be the judge. it was a pretty wretched bounce, and he ran back from being in the line with his centre. he could have probably done better, but he definitely lost his footing trying to change direction with the bounce. just one of those things that can happen with a football. 90 degree bounce one way, then 90 degrees back the other way on the next.

Which is why I said take it off the record.

I caught the replay before I posted my previous message and then gave my original interpretation which as you can see wasn't accurate.

Brett Morris. May have been sh*t in Origin, but correct me if I'm wrong, I'm pretty sure Origin games don't count toward the Dally Ms.

Origin games DO count towards the Dally M's and Uate has been better than Morris this season and its not really debatable imo.
