Dame Gay vs Cows

Very good win, Finucane & Graham with increased miniutes.
Concerned that Toby played over 60, too many for him.
Very limited minutes for Hunt & Fifita.
Mozya continues each week be close to the best, at one staging he was yelling at some of our players when were inside cows 20, and they were not ready.
Hynes goalkicking has picked up
Ramien is finally becoming the beat we knew he could be

I can’t get excited about McInnes; I think his footy smarts are directly proportional to his teeth!
Oh i know he's a limited footballer but i love how he approaches his defensive duties. We've got plenty of flashy players that we need at least 1 player to do the unheralded crap, the attempt at playing that kind of ball playing role is not for him though. It looks as unnatural and crap as jake turbo doing it.

Nah - I reckon he’s great.

Poor fella isn’t going to earn any modelling contracts, but his ‘getting on the front foot’ with fast play-the-balls is second to none.

I also love the way he absolutely seamlessly takes on the 9 role when Brailey is unavailable…

He looked good during his short stint at 9. I wondered how he might go after so long.

McAverage came in handy tonight when Blayke got ten, should have got another ten for the attempted moustache, what is it with young blokes....

Never saw Andrew with a moustache, be a pin up boy ya putz, not a sleezy pool cleaner, leave that for the foot of the mountains FFS.

You can be a pin up boy when you're one of the best on the field. Concentrate on that, more 40/20s.

McInnes is a hooker, pretty damn good one, we should sell him, he is no lock.

Don’t get the mcinnes dislike. We must be watching different people. He brings so much energy when he is on. He is always there for first contact on the oppositions gun forwards. Doesn’t shy away from tough carries, rarely makes a mistake and gets a quick play the ball 9 times out of 10 for us to play off the back of.

Feel exactly the same - he’s like the anti-Woods - he’s got everything we all hated Woods for not having.
Not got the frame for it really, but has done everything within his control to bulk up enough to be robust and strong, and puts his absolute everything into every tackle and every run. His play the ball speed is game changing, as is his defensive line speed. I guarantee if you asked the entire Sharks squad which player they’d choose first to ply alongside, it’ll be a photo finish between him and Dale….

Mcinness he adds uptempo role when he comes on, he can take a tough take up, he also after good hit up, his hit up, get in behind market, and is fast with play the ball sets us on the way.
Does huge amount of tackles

I’ll take that win. We really need to finish top 4 and these 50/50 games are a massive difference.

Also Sportsbet had our over unders for wins this year at 12.5 which was paying $2.05. Already cashed in the top 8 bet which was $2.20 now just have our top 4 bet at $5 and to win the comp at $21 to go 🤣

I like McInnes style to. He is a keeper.

Was a bit concerned about the heavy bandaging on the knee and the top up at halftime too.

Sidenote. His defence was even better when Brailey was off and he shoved fairly into the guts. They couldn't get through in that period. His DH service was pretty sweet too. Good to know he's still got hooker skills
