He's had many detractors but like ByRd I'm not one of them. He's had to swim through an ocean of crap between the various 'stakeholders' - (read self-interested bastards) and managed to do as well as anyone could have. Good luck to him.

Its easy for people to snipe from the sidelines. Most people would have keeled over with the stress of the role if they were in his shoes. Imagine actually having to decide what happened to the Storm after the cheating saga?

Why?

Although the DT go troppo over him, Greenberg was just getting canterbury to do what many other clubs had been doing for some time.

He has turned us around from a basket case to one of, if not the best run club in the league. We had a terrible image and he has turned all that around, also grown our membership from 4k to about 14-15k and helped us grow our sponsorship also. Greenberg would be a good choice but I'm more than to happy to keep him at the dog!!!

I believe he did a solid job in a tough period, had a lot of off field stuff to deal with and handled it well imo but I think we needed a change and it is a good move to get someone else in there who can lead us forward into the future.
