seems 3 of the 5 charges were dropped^^^^^^^^ This.
I wonder what footage his lawyer was looking at when he said we will fight the charge blah blah blah!!

I realise you are mocking me because that seems to be your snide way, but I was actually in the Federal Court this morning and will now be in conferences this afternoon.Trying to get my little rat to head over but it’s raining apparently. I’m sure a certain someone here can post an update from inside the courtroom
If it requires a pre-sentencing report, no.So because he is pleading guilty will it be resolved today! FFS!
So how long will he get realistically for 2 counts of inappropriate touching? If it requires a pre-sentencing report, no.
But the fact that the reports don't mention an adjournment to a later date for sentencing would seem to indicate that it has been stood ion today's list to be dealt with today.
So I would guess that it will be resolved today.
depends on the judge, but I would think some form of bond or ICO (worst case)So how long will he get realistically for 2 counts of inappropriate touching?
yesSo will he have a criminal record?
That would be very very dumb. He'll be flying straight to NZ(Warriors) or UK or Union. If all the above is true, it will be interesting to see Parra's angle on this.
I wonder if sacking him is an option on the table?
Well considering that Lodge is playing in the NRL alongside blokes with domestic assault convictions I expect the NRL to do nothing. And then we’ll see how the NRL reacts.
Not necessarily. There used to be a thing called a Section 10 which a magistrate could hand down which basically is someone admitting guilt but there is no conviction recorded - usually in the case of someone offending for the first time on minor charges (affray, low range drink driving etc). Not sure if it's called something else now but yeah, a Section 10 used to be what it was referred to asSo will he have a criminal record?
