But the fact that the reports don't mention an adjournment to a later date for sentencing would seem to indicate that it has been stood ion today's list to be dealt with today.

depends on the judge, but I would think some form of bond or ICO (worst case)

Well considering that Lodge is playing in the NRL alongside blokes with domestic assault convictions I expect the NRL to do nothing.

There used to be a thing called a Section 10 which a magistrate could hand down which basically is someone admitting guilt but there is no conviction recorded - usually in the case of someone offending for the first time on minor charges (affray, low range drink driving etc). Not sure if it's called something else now but yeah, a Section 10 used to be what it was referred to as
