Why f**k? That’s pretty much as expected. Over to the NRL now for their own in house justice.
I was hoping for some sort of discount because he pleaded guilty.

Here's a question for the David Middleton's out there. Has a player ever played NRL whilst serving a court imposed good behaviour order ?

I have actually had a client who did that - more than once

No I don’t think thats right Gazza.
Yeah good behaviour bonds are not a thing now.

On 24 September 2018, community correction orders replaced good behaviour bonds under section 9 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 and community service orders.

A community correction order can be thought of as a type of good behaviour bond with conditions, and is imposed in lieu of a prison sentence in New South Wales.

As I said weeks ago, will not play again this season, nor should he. The NRL did the right thing in standing him down.

He is now officially our new peanut and I’d be tempted to sack him unless he agreed to change aspects of his lucrative contract in particular re: alcohol consumption assuming it was a contributing factor in his dickhead behaviour.

Interestingly that random tweet was 40 minutes ago, yet no news outlet has published anything since.

He will be back against the warriors.

Don't see how they can enforce otherwise
And this is without any comment or judgment on Dylan or the process.

But from a legal standpoint and considering the sentence, I'd be surprised if they continue to enforce the stand down.
