Now the hearings have concluded and the verdict/sentence handed down and in force, I'd be surprised if there are any further NRL sanctions stopping Dylan from playing. They don't really have a leg to stand on imo to do more than the stand downs they choose to apply to this situation prior to the hearing.
Bottom line... he squeezed tits twice, missed three games, and deservedly has a criminal record for 'sexual touching'. NRL can fine him for being a dickhead, but headbutters etc miss less games and face no criminal charges - it should now be play on.
Good point, what would have been a worse crime, a couple of quick goosings on the tits by a boofhead drunk or a full on head butt? I know which one I would prefer if I was a woman or man. The quick titty grope is something that most women can quickly recover from and even as some here have already stated a girl/woman can turn around and slap the jerk and even knee him in the cans and put the imbecile in his place. While a head butt, well anything can go wrong with that from a broken nose(potential life long discomfort/breathing issues, surgery) broken or lost teeth or even a fractured/broken jaw or cheek/eye socket.
But I suppose the NRL will do the sexist thing and say women deserve more protection and therefore a harsher penalty imposed against those who harm them. Aren't we all meant to be equal in the eyes of the law irrespective of sex? Remember Justice wears a blindfold for a reason.
I know the NRL isn't the law, but they claim to be following the law and respond to what happens there. So the law decided and he didn't do any time. We have already given him time(3 weeks) so they should now move on. A fine should suffice, but they have to be seen to be doing the woke thing and making an example of him, even though they do this in such an inconsistent and arbitrary manner.
He will probably get another 3-4 weeks plus a fine, but I don't think that is fair or just and a little over the top.
