Which to me makes it silly for anyone to say that Cleary should get no credit for the Panthers system - and that Arthur has no accountability at all for the Parra system.

Is it very likely he's not though? You said it's all guess work either way.

We'd all have to say it's likely he's a very large stakeholder - or if he's not (or is displeased with the system in any way) then he would/should make his views known to progress improvements since, "the system" is argued as being so influential on his performance. Wouldn't we?

One could equally ask why is there so much deflection of responsibility from a head coach for how his side ultimately performs?
