I am considering purchasing a club membership for next year, I live up near the Gold Coast, I plan to attend both QLD games and possibly 2 maybe 3 Sydney games.

Which would be the best value please?

Either a Regional Eel, Out of State Eel or 3 Game membership would probably be best. If you head to www.parraeels.com.au/membership and select the help me choose option you can compare packages.

Really just depends on how many Sydney games you plan to get to.

I tried to ring yesterday and got no answer.
I just assumed you guys were finished for Christmas.

The offices reopen on Monday 5 January however we will be monitoring the membership inbox over the break if you have an urgent enquiry.

Depends when you signed up and whether it was a reserved seat membership.

Reserved seat memberships take a little longer because we need to complete the seating allocations for new members before we can post them all out.

Nah, she's fine. She decided to go on a holiday overseas for a little while.


In other news, the flowers in my back garden were looking a bit crappy so I got onto some great new fertiliser.
It works a treat, they've never looked better.

I received my daughters pack weeks ago and then today received one of my adult members packs.

I assume they just kind of ship them when they process them, which is obviously not in any order. I'm not stressed.

2014 I had the family membership, which consisted of 6 packs. Today I recieved 5 packs. Should I still expect another, or has the family memebrship been reduced to 5????

Hi there,

As previous poster mentioned, not all memberships from the same primary account are despatched together. No cause for concern at this stage.

If you have any questions about your membership the call centre will reopen on Monday at 9am.

My ticket/pack arrived today, and I renewed pretty late in the piece (waiting for the NRL to finalise the draw).

Hat design seems fine, mine feels like it has a bit of space? Keyring and sticker both good, and travel cup a good idea/inclusion. Cheers Eels office.
