Regardless of what happens the media have well and truly won this war on the back of an agenda driven campaign...everyone believes we're going to lose points, in fact James hooper was on triple M said its not matter of 'if' but by how many...

Though i reckon they will just take 10 pts, which while making it very very difficult, will not entirely knock us out of contention potentially keeping things interesting

I've got no idea what the NRL will do (we don't know how much evidence of a breach there is, nor how serious any breach is). If we get a breach notice, and associated penalty, we have a right to respond.

Publish each clubs total 3rd party amounts and then see where all the clubs sit.....if would certainly put some perspective into our alleged 'cheating' wouldn't it.

Schubert was employed and did a thorough review, NRL was happy with our position I also remember reading we had some 'wriggle' room in our cap going forward.

that's why all clubs need to be forensically audited if it turns out that's not correct

The auditor will not find undisclosed deals unless a whistleblower comes forward.....and they can do that regardless of the frequency of audits.

So unless he was deceived in a very calculated way (or incompetent) i cant see how any of this hoopla is related to any deals done while hes been on the payroll..

An audit can determine if any clubs have manipulated or arranged tpa's for players.
