So you reckon if Kenny was kiwi he’d play for them?Taka is not international standard. He only made the NZ team cause everyone went and played for Tonga and Samoa. Edwards is a better player IMO.

Well it implies that BA thinks that Taka will do a better job than Kenny can. I'm less concerned about his potential for defensive f**k ups at second row than centre.Well that implies that BA hasn't seen the silly shit that Taka brings...maybe he doesn't slap blokes (although I'm in the camp that maintains that was Auva'a) but he does just as much dumb shit in terms of mind-breakingly stupid errors and defensive f**k ups....
If Taka persists in rushing out of the line and missing his target from the 2nd row againt the Panthers, we'll have no hope. If he can't stop doing it, drop him. Unless of course he throws enough sweet passes from there that his attack outweighs the defensive lapses he has shown at centre.Well that implies that BA hasn't seen the silly shit that Taka brings...maybe he doesn't slap blokes (although I'm in the camp that maintains that was Auva'a) but he does just as much dumb shit in terms of mind-breakingly stupid errors and defensive f**k ups....
He defended the way he did because that’s how he was coached to defend. Huge blokes can’t slide in the outside backs. They need to jam against numbers because the alternative is to get beaten with footwork. If Taka persists in rushing out of the line and missing his target from the 2nd row againt the Panthers, we'll have no hope. I bloody hope so.Well it implies that BA thinks that Taka will do a better job than Kenny can. I'm less concerned about his potential for defensive f**k ups at second row than centre.

At edge forward it’s a lot easier. You just plant your feet until the ball goes past you and then you turn and push out in cover.

Is he? Sorry I missed that. He's injured but
I dont know about anyone else, but im shocked Kenny Edwards isnt named in the 17
We have a stronger bench, more settled halves and better centres.
They have better props and wingers.
Lets look at the bench
Scott vs JFH
Taka vs CNN
Matagi vs Mckendry
KE vs Leota
We edge it but not a lot in it...
On NRL 360 last night, Ben Ikin paid our forwards a compliment by saying they played like 'a pack of feral dogs'. Arthur agreed that he likes his forwards to play with plenty of aggression, but that he'd been working on them being a bit smarter about it. Could that be why Edwards hasn't been named this week?
Mmmmmm...forward batter...50/50. JFN over Scott, CHN over Taka, hit Matagi and Evans over McKendry and Leota.
I think the forward batter will be fantastic, but if we can match them, we should come out in top as we have the better backs.
So you reckon if Kenny was kiwi he’d play for them?
Right, but the fact is he did get picked and Kenny Edwards didn’t. Despite the team being weak.I don’t know what you’re talking about. All I reckon is Kenny is a better player than Taka and Kenny should be on the bench. Also, IMO Taka would not have made the kiwi team had the Tongan and Samoans made themselves available.
