Though what MP did was perfectly legal. I think it all comes down to what (if any) damage was caused to the cars. If the cars paint job was ruined it'll be expensive to fix and while i'm no cop i'm guessing there's a possibility of charges being laid for criminal damage or something like that.

If no damage like that occurred then that's a completely different story and all they're really guilty of is gross stupidity and f**ktardedness and a fine will suffice.
