5pm would be no good for me. I'm happy with a 7am start but i would be even happier if it was say a 7pm or even better 8pm start at night. Would this suit most people. I'd imagine this would be when most people would be home after work and had dinner etc. Anytime during work hours wouldn't suit most people.

By my understanding you have a few weeks to get your draft sorted so doesn't really matter when the start time is but having everyone on at the time would speed up the process. Well thats how I'm seeing it unless it is a live draft that happens in 1 day.

like in kickers i picked campbell should i pick him in a position or doesn't it matter

Doesn't matter the pre draft picks just make it easier for you to find a player.

I have come to the conclusion that nrl ceo does not like me. I have been trying for weeks to create an account and the stupid thing will not let me, I keep getting the stupid error: Cannot find "http://www.nrlceo.com/update_pages/join_invited_insert_user.asp"

DNS Error - Server cannot be found.

anyone else had the same problem? any suggestions on how to fix it?

Redback you should be good to go. Your account was corrupted. I fixed a few accounts tonight.
