I join the FO Kearney team.

I would love to see the Warriors win if we do not. Not going to happen when this putz is in charge.

Cannot even win with the kiwi spine, enough said right there.

Oh I believe.

In the f**k off Kearney.

Also what is Paytens input use to love watching him play, a smallish prop but always offloading and setting guys up.He was highly regarded at the tigers

Good question.....any answers guys?

Anybody? Anybody?

The input he has bought has either been overridden....or ignored by simpleton players and or simpleton coach/potato.

Fitler talked about the team needing a stick in Sunday roast.
SK keeps defending bad performance and referencing good performances. Why cant you get them up each week not 1 in 4?

Matty Johns talking about standards expected. Walking at training up dead mans hill, told he does it again he's gone. Didnt do it again.

I dont think we have that, mundane performances not dropped.

Problem is we get someone in with a stick and most of the squad will pack it in.

Let them pack it in, let them piss off.

Keep going through players until we find 17 willing to put in every week and then go from there.

I’d much rather see a team filled with Keighran, CHT, Burr and Curran etc who’ll at least have a genuine go at it and won’t disgrace themselves.

Probably lose, but hungry and keen trumps lazy any day. Astonishing that we carry a liability like Blair like it’s no big deal.

While I agree, Jazz is probably one who puts in a hell of a lot of effort. But comes up with plenty of errors and penalties.

Clubs in deep trouble with the deadwood we would need to move on under contract we would need to pay out/contribute to and very little local talent coming through.

Yeah I specifically didn’t include Jazz for that reason, goes a bit too hard and constantly overplays

Swinging back in to this thread for the first time in a while to reiterate my belief that we simply must carry Kearney through to the final day of his contract. That's right. To the end of bloody 2022.

If we ever want to see a decent coach at the Warriors again, we have to show that we can honour a coaches contract.

Totally disagree. We need a good coach now. Any further deterioration of player quality may prove to be irrecoverable.
There are plenty of good coaches who recognise the talent here and would be prepared to come. Toovey has said so already.
A quality coach would bring some quality players and attract others.
The current clowns will only attract overpriced shirkers.
It really saddens me to see how this club has gone downhill.

Having your contract torn up is the norm nowadays in most major sports, not the exception. Managers/coaches go into this with their eyes wide open. If the team doesnt perform they are out the door. Its more ruthless overseas than it is here as there are bigger markets, more money available etc.

Is Geoff Toovey really the guy that we need?

Reality check- great coaches aren't falling over themselves to get here, even if/when there is a job going.

Well he's an Aussie so that helps.
All our kiwi coaches have pretty much been duds. Mark Graham probably the only guy that didn't get a fair crack and he developed some young guys that starred in Andersons team.
