Is there a Futurama movie being released :?

Define movie...

There's been two released so far and the third (and final) due out in December. The first was on TV recently, broken up into 3 or 4 eps (didn't watch em on TV myself).

I didn't even know that they had two released already. I don't really go much on Futurama I'm more of a Family Guy fan.

Anyway, the first two released were 'Benders Big Score' and 'Beast with a Billion Backs'.

i remember watching the first ep when it aired on tv...i was expecting it to be awesome...but it sucked so bad.

The first two movies were ok at best, they've done better work. Should've just stuck with making new episodes really.

I reckon Benders Big Score was excellent, and better than 90% of the episodes. The other one had its moments, but was around about average.

The last twenty minutes of the second one just got boring as hell.
Bender's Big Score had choice moments, but with the episodes you could see such a variety of things they could come up with.

At first, Futurama did nothing for me. I watched it a couple of times, then didn't bother after that. Some time later, it was on again, so I just watched it for the sake of it and I realised I actually quite liked it. It's not one of those shows I won't miss (like I would for new Simpsons, ect), but if I'm home and can watch it, I generally will.

I reckon futurama is great, really good show in its original run and like benders big score as well (havent seen the beast yet). No coincidence that as futurama begun the simpsons began to drop off, thats where all the good material went.

Like it cos the characters are great, decent and hilarious storylines but also some really good serious/nice moment, ala some of the older simpsons, rather than the rubbish alot of the simpsons and characters turned into.

I didn't mind the new episodes of Family Guy, had some good ones.
I would prefer a new Futurama season of episodes, as I've said, it's annoying to watch one of these movies, get into the storyline, then have to wait a few months for the next one to be released.

Futurama doesn't have a TV deal (they were dropped by Fox like a turd in a toilet), so no new episodes will be made. That is why they are doing movies instead.

first few seasons of family guy were awesome.. but now they just try and be funny every 2 seconds. the jokes now are more for shock value and dont work as good as they used to
