optus for all games hey?WA govt is desperate to get magic round. They'd pay $10mill for it I reckon like they have done Origin.

I'd play the friday night games at HBF park and the Sat and Sun at optusoptus for all games hey?
When Brisbane are paying $2mill for it?WA will need to up their bid from $10 million.
They will have no one take them seriously at that rate, and be laughed out of the room.
They flew to Brisbane to discuss it with our illustrious leaders last year. How do you know?
That's called a taxpayer funded jaunt. They flew to Brisbane to discuss it with our illustrious leaders last year.
Your never going to get all the stadiums in the burbs upgraded to a modern standard anywaycan't have both ,
its either venues in the burbs up to an acceptable standard with the GF as the trade off to get them to that level
or
shitholes & the GF on the road
I'd prefer option A
Are they? When Brisbane are paying $2mill for it?
this isn't really the NRLs problem though is it, tourism is the benefit of the state government, if they are willing to pay your opinions if people will travel mean jack shit, a ticket sale is a ticket saleyou're not going to get 30K people travel to a magic round in Perth , the flights would be double the cost to Brisbane
been down this path before .... noone is choosing their closest modern stadium, Sydney is a different beastYour never going to get all the stadiums in the burbs upgraded to a modern standard anyway
the outer west needs a stadium then that's Sydney's "3 city model" for the future covered
the Sydney clubs can then choose weather they want to base out of the nearest modern stadium or stay in a glorified dog park, that's in them
Meanwhile the NRL should be doing what's best for the NRL nationally, expansion and growth of grassroots, and money generated from selling off the GF would help with this a lot
you'd lose the difference in ticket sales to Brisbane & it'd be played in a half empty stadium as opposed to full houses so a bad lookthis isn't really the NRLs problem though is it, tourism is the benefit of the state government, if they are willing to pay your opinions if people will travel mean jack shit, a ticket sale is a ticket sale
Labour gov has made it quite clear 800 mill isnt happening3 stands at Brookvale ,
a few at Penrith
Shark park etc
800 mill
GF for 30 years in Sydney
in your opinion*you'd lose the difference in ticket sales to Brisbane & it'd be played in a half empty stadium as opposed to full houses so a bad look
a mix of Sydneysiders being lazy and the PT system and roads being shitbeen down this path before .... noone is choosing their closest modern stadium, Sydney is a different beast
& the NRL agrees
The SA Government paid $8 million for origin in 2020. What are they paying this year?
What did Queensland pay for AFL Origin? Scratch that...
What is Queensland paying for Magic Round in 2023?
