Future NRL Stadiums

That's not what I'm saying.

I'm saying that by the end of 1996 they were averaging about 6000 per game.

crowd numbers had dropped off badly.

That's the situation they faced.

A one team city that has massive overheads can only get 6000 to a game.

The numbers were dropping consistently over the 4-5 years they existed.

But ey don't let the facts get in the way of a pipe dream.
Cronulla was averaging 3600 at one stage in 1996. It was a week in May. A one game average of 3600. Get rid of them.

"The numbers were dropping consistently over the 4-5 years they existed."

They played for three years. Another fail in a long, long thread of fails.

And if they were getting "6000" at the end of 1996 and they averaged over 8000 in 1997 then their crowds were going up.

Fail again.

V sharks 1995 20000 odd thousand

V sharks 1996 9000

The novelty had worn off sunshine.

I know this hurts you .

I'm just being a realist.

Oh and was it only 3 years??
Haha
What a f**king debacle

So they're crowds were actually going up by your own figures.

And they never got embarrassing crowds of 3600 like some Sydney clubs.

You've done nothing but prove how little you know about the sport and every post highlights this ignorance more and more. That's not the definition of a realist. It starts with re though.

Can I please see your math for this 6000 average? as your numbers make no sense.

He's trying to prove the crowds were on a perpetually downward slide, except his claim that they were getting 6000 at the end of 1996 doesn't do that anyway, because they averaged 8776 in 1997.

Solution relocate Wests Tigers to Perth and become Wests Tigers
Sharks>ECT

You could probably make one decent club out of tiger and sharks. Surely the answer to sydneys over saturation is to merge them and move them west. Perth Tiger Sharks.
