To beat Penrith at Penrith you have to play close to a perfect game. The Sharks were excellent for 25 minutes. They were a bit ragged yet resilient after that.

I thought you played really well. Our rested guys looked flat after the week off and took their time to get going. You didn't give them a minutes rest in that first 30 minutes. You have a few chubby boys who aren't good for 80 minutes and you could see as the game went on, the Panther's fitness made a big difference.

I enjoyed the game and always thought you might win it. I think you are a real chance this year. Just keep Graham and Fifita away from Pie Face!

Errors were almost even. Problem was Penrith made theirs at the start of the game and we made them in the second half.

Still reckon our tries to tackles in the ratio would be pretty amazing.
penrtih had a tonne of good ball, yet only ended up with 3 tries.

We dropped some footy and then tried to go lateral. We matched their middle for 25-30 minutes and then started to lose the ruck.

Lessons learnt.

With the ball we went away from playing direct and fast, to slow and lateral against an up and in defence
Also, look much better with guys pushing up around the ruck. Second half was one out

Couldn't find a way to get that for ya. Short of watching all the games again

Love ennis for what he did for us.. seriously though his commentating is becoming unbearable. His commentary over the finucane hit. It’s almost like he expected him to be sent off after a “shoulder to the head.” It was pretty obvious from the first replay it was head on head.
I heard that but playing Devils Advocate, he was basically cheering us on the whole game.

So 10 nil up, we bring on McAverage.

14-10 he leaves.

Oh but he plays the ball really fast after making 3 1/2 yards.

I said before game we needed to work Api over in defence they did that to Brailey he made 59 tackles to Brailey 39.

Hunt 30 minutes 2 penalties both lazy.
Fifita 25 minutes 1 penalty which was on Clearly 25 seconds before half time cost us 2 points.
Both were very lazy penalties
