Yes I have noticed that, Luke. Next time, I shall explain myself in minute details, just for your benefit. Have a great night.

Well one minute your saying that Spencer should have either Zanes or Capes spot in the roster, then your saying that he should be eased into first grade with reduced playing time.

You’re contradicting yourself.

In your eyes I am, Luke. Have a pleasant day.

To be fair to Luke you can't replace a player who is doing bigger minutes with a player doing less minutes without increasing their workload or at the very least changing the dynamic of the forward pack.

Yeah I realise that, however, a player, who is not playing first grade, can not gain experience without playing first grade. Spencer is only 19, he is a going to great in the future.

He is but he played 0 trials. Was injured until after the team came back from the break.

So he is behind where he ideally would be fitness wise. That with the step up that FG is let alone a faster pace semi means he is probably getting the right amount of minutes

This. He's getting enough minutes to develop while not risking him physically. He has time to get more in future since he's still young.

He will not get a look in with Tamou, Zane, and Capewell in the side.

Injuries and suspensions happen every year. And just like this year has shown, Spencer is just one injury away from getting himself into the top 17. That is how you get experience into a player.

Outside of injuries, you have trials (which Spencer missed due to injury), players being rested (which we haven't been in a position to do, due to injuries/depth), and rebuild/build for next season scenarios as your other options for bringing players in.

We can't go around dropping (better IMO) players from the team just to get Spencer a run. Especially when we're neck deep in the title race. That's not how it works. There is no prize for having the youngest, most inexperienced squad in the NRL.

If you think Spencer is a better player than Tamou, Tetevano or Capewell right now, that's fine. You can have that opinion. Many won't agree with you. But you're presenting your argument from a development perspective - which doesn't make sense, as he is already gaining that precious development time.

That's no different to any player in his position. He hasn't earned the right to play before those two.

Tetevano: 100+ games and premiership winner.

Tamou: 250 games, premiership winner, NSW and Aus rep.

Lenui: 11 games with some hard runs.

I didn't say, nor did I imply it. Tamou, Zane, and Capewell, are aging.

One is aged 31, and the other, is 27.

I didn't say, nor imply, that Leniu is better than those two.

So your only rationale for wanting Leniu over Tamou or Tetevano is age?

This is the exact reason why we have no 300+ game players in our history - we're continually trading the old model in.

Luke Lewis left us at age 28/29, and played all of his best football with the Sharks. Paul Gallen won a premiership at age 34. Cooper Cronk won back to back comps aged 34 and 35.

Can you imagine if the Roosters decided to drop Cronk in 2018 and bring in Lachlan Lamb because Cronk was too old? C'mon Jane, get real.

Again, I am aware of that. It is about preparing for the future, when all three are leaving.

Capewell and Tetevano are signed on for the same period as Leniu. Only Tamou is off contract.

You're fabricating scenarios that don't exist.

There's more munutes playing for the Warriors, now that jack is back, and cannot continue due to his suspension, maybe Spencer can take over the loan spot jack had, that will gain him the experience points jane wants, without penrith panthers standing down our fit forwards, to give Leniu that extra he might well needs

Not a bad idea.
